Brett Michael Bollinger

Brett M. Bollinger is the Managing Partner of Treadaway Bollinger. His primary areas of practice include insurance defense, general liability, premises liability, construction, trucking and transportation, and workers' compensation litigation. He also advises and assists clients with various risk management and business operations issues.

Mr. Bollinger represents many clients in the retail and hospitality industries including restaurant, retail outlet, hotel, and casino owners and operators in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. He assists clients with all litigation needs and advises them regarding contract, lease, risk management and insurance issues. Mr. Bollinger also handles all aspects of construction management and litigation including contract disputes, contractor's rights and responsibilities, and construction defect litigation. He has significant experience representing owners, architects, engineers, and contractors in these construction disputes.

Mr. Bollinger attended Louisiana State University receiving his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1993. He attended Loyola University School of Law and graduated Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor in 1996. He has been licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Louisiana since 1996 and is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Seventh Circuits. In addition, Mr. Bollinger has been practicing in the state of Mississippi since 2004 and Texas since 2008.
