Andrew J. Walker joined Jones Fussell after graduating from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center on a full tuition scholarship, where he was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar and received multiple CALI Awards for academic excellence.
Andrew focuses his practice on business litigation and transactions, including matters involving employment law, intellectual property, real estate, construction, contracts, leases, entity formation, unfair trade practices, and the purchase and sale of businesses and ownership interests. He represents a diverse range of clients, including healthcare providers, nonprofits, restaurants, developers, construction companies, artists, creative businesses, and a wide variety of small businesses.
He also represents plaintiffs in employment and civil rights cases.
He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
