You truly feel like he cares, and he does

Like so many people my experiences with the other attorney's I had used was not very warm nor did I ever come out feeling like they were truly fighting for me, or that they even cared. Brett not only genuinely cares about his clients, especially the kids, But he does way more than just talk to try an...d make everyone comfortable, including the opposing party. He is the first attorney I have used that makes me feel like he is really fighting for me and my kids, listens to me, and not just going through the motions. He is prompt about answering any questions and I LOVE the my case portal to keep in contact, ask questions or submit documents for his review. If he can't get it done in a meeting, he is fighting for you in the court room. Better yet his fees are fair also and you don't feel like your being drug through the coals. You actually get some bang for your buck. Most of all he holds dear good ole christian family values. I promise you won't be disappointed as long as you listen with an open heart and mind. He is tactful and fair! This is definitely an attorney who will be on your side.

My experience

Attorney Duncan went to work on my case as soon as I hired him and worked diligently to get my case resolved which was a huge benefit for me because I live in another state. I would definitely recommend Attorney Duncan to anyone seeking assistance and I am thankful that I found him.

Couldn't have been better!

One of the most important criteria I seek in an attorney (and staff) is a clear explanation of what to expect and when to expect it. With that desire in mind, Amber was perfect! I was seeking to get Louisiana to recognize court actions from another state. She explored all the options, did the requi...red "homework" and clearly explained the possible options and the order in which we should explore them. (Just the way I like to hear them!) We were able to complete everything I needed in "option 1". Alicia was also an invaluable part of the "team". She handled all my frequent silly questions in a timely manner without making me feel like a dufus for asking!

From the first consult through final judgment you could tell that Brett knew exactly how to successfully handle my case. This guy is super sharp.

Great family man
