Neil went to bat for me and my family in a pretty ugly situation and helped us to get our lives back on track. What I most appreciated was his willingness to drive an hour and a half to another parish to file papers on my behalf; AND his punctuality in returning all calls was very helpful to me. Neil is my attorney and has been for a while. He will continue to act for me through this divorce and any other legal matters. Neil has wisdom that you can not easily find amongst regular lawyers. Neil can fight in the trenches with even the nastiest of attorney's. He will worry about your cas...e all night long so you can try to sleep soundly. Neil's his true temperament tells me one day he will become a well respected judge because his fairness defines him. I wish to comment about another review about Neil which wasn't favorable. This open forum allows for anyone to write whatever they want. It is so unfair if there is a personal vendetta which it seems there is from what seems to be the losing side who went up against Neil Montgomery. You chose but to me - negative comments from the losing side seems like sour grapes rather than legitimate review. I know that I am glad his my attorney and although I hope for fairness, if the other side wishes to blame their failure on the other attorney, Neil is professional enough to let the mud slinging fall right off his back. He works very hard for HIS client so you probably want him as your attorney.
