Obtaining more parenting time for client
Feb 04, 2015OUTCOME: Parenting plan revised to mutual agreement.
The parties were divorced and as the children got older they wanted to spend more time with their non custodial parent. Their custodial parent did not agree, but after several meetings agreed. I made t ... he focus of the case more about the best interests of the children rather than the disagreements of the parents. The parties were both very happy with the outcome. Mutual agreement of the parties rather than an order of the court is generally best for all concerned in both the short and long run.
