The Arbitration Panel rejected respondents’ defenses and awarded Claimants $307,000, which was nearly the full amount of compensatory damages requested.

Blank v. Glover and Signator Investors, Inc.

The panel found the advisor and his employer jointly and severally liable for $961,446 (the full purchase price of the investment) plus interest of $181,392, and it also ordered the employer to pay claimants’ attorneys fees of $453,970.
