I represent owners, contractors, subcontractors, and sureties in disputes involving both public and private projects. I also handle bid protests under the Louisiana Public Bid La and have appeared before the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and assisted contractors with licensing issues.

In addition to litigating construction cases, business disputes, and personal injury cases, my firm represents businesses for the purpose of presenting BP Business Economic Loss claims in the Deepwater Horizon Settlement.

Although my practice remains focused on litigation, I assist clients in all aspects of new business formation, including choosing the appropriate legal entity for a particular enterprise, devising ownership structure and negotiating agreements, drafting initial entity formation documents, drafting operating agreements, drafting other business and employment contracts for the new business, and advising the business on various legal needs as it grows.
