In 2007, Mr. Fineran graduated cum laude from Loyola University College of Law, earning both a Juris Doctorate degree and a Certificate in Civil and Common Law. He was a member of the Loyola Law Review and a William L. Crowe Scholar. He was also an extern for United States District Judge Ivan Lemelle in the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Mr. Fineran is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, including the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
