Biography
I strongly believe in providing quality yet affordable legal services to my clients. In my 27 years of experience practicing law in federal and state court, I have found that hard work, a solid plan, and effective communication with clients are critically important in achieving excellent results.
My practice is divided into two areas: Ciminal defense and general civil practice. On the criminal defense side, I represent individuals in a wide variety of cases in both federal and state court. Most of the cases I accept are those with charges that are not considered crimes of violence.
My general civil practice focuses on represnting small corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships with all of their legal needs. These areas include business formation, contract negotiations, drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, insurance issues, civil litigation of all kinds, including unfair trade practice cases, trademark and copyright matters, and collections.
