Ony good for accident cases

Hired Morris Bart 11/09/2021 to handle a Ida Hurricane claim, we went to mediation with the mediator and representatives from Louisiana Citizens insurance company, their lawyers and my lawyer. This was done thru the ZOOM App. The mediator was a retired Judge who family owns a large insurance company ...in north Louisiana, I refused the offer and the mediation was closed. I did send in complaints to the various Louisiana insurance complaint departments which did nothing and was expected. MDC Generic adjuster out of Hammond Louisiana came up with $14,688.30 hired by Louisiana Citizens. While Gulf Coast Adjusting hired by Bart came up with $190,024.79 a bit different from Louisiana Citizens which was also expected. The lawsuit was filed June 3rd,2022 as of that time I have heard from Bart 3 times and when I called in March 2025 the lawyer said he didn't have time for this and hung up. I should have hired a different firm as this one really concentrates on accidents and medical incidents where the big money can be made. I suggest you only hire Bart for big money cases. It may take years to win this case but if I don't my kids will.
