My practice focuses on all aspects of construction, from initial contract drafting and company formation, through general advice during projects, financial assessment for project completion, litigation, and arbitration. Clients range from small sole proprietors to large construction-industry companies operating in the southeast.

My experience here ranges from initial trademark and copyright consultation and registration, cease and desists and responses to them, and some initial phase infringement practice. I am associated with two patent attorneys that supplement this practice.
