I founded Graffagnini, L.C. in 2010 after working as an associate in one of the top large law firms in Palo Alto. I represent companies and invesotrs in venture capital, angel capital, M&A and securities issues. With offices in New Orleans, Louisiana and Palo Alto, California, we serve an international client base and usually provide outside general counsel services for fast growing companies. We also represent individuals and businesses in litigation and regulatory matters. We represent 2 companies on Entrepreneur Magazine's 100 Brilliant Companies, and our clients are on the fast track to major IPOs or acquisition exits. We put skin in the game and take a modern approach to our work, meaning that we can help you scale more quickly without taking all of your financing funds in our fees.
