Jeremy founded Pichon Law Firm in 2009 and has built it into one of New Orleans’ most respected personal injury practices. He represents clients in car accidents, 18-wheeler and commercial trucking crashes, wrongful death, hurricane insurance claims, burn injuries, defective products, and complex civil litigation. He is selective by design — taking only legitimate cases so each client receives first-class representation.
A retired Major with 25 years of distinguished service in the Louisiana Army National Guard JAG Corps, Jeremy deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and later served as Brigade Judge Advocate and Command Judge Advocate of the 61st Troop Command. He brings that same military-grade preparation and discipline to every case he tries.
Jeremy has been recognized as a Super Lawyer every year from 2020 through 2026, named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2017), and selected by the Times-Picayune as one of New Orleans’ Top Lawyers (2016). He has been featured in Inside New Orleans and holds the Army Commendation Medal.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University New Orleans and his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, and is admitted to practice before all four U.S. District Courts in Louisiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
