Beth Chatelain is a Louisiana-licensed attorney and the founder of Zeroed In Legal Solutions, LLC. With over three decades of legal experience in government service and firearms laws and regulations, she has built a career centered on making complex legal concepts accessible to professionals, clients, and peers alike.
Beth’s twenty-two year career with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) included serving as Division Counsel for divisions around the country, the Deputy Chief of the Leadership & Professional Development Branch and as the Legal Instructor at the National Academy. She is a trusted advisor on complex legal matters involving federal firearms laws and regulations having managed domestic and international legal issues for criminal, civil and administrative matters for decades. She has designed and delivered hundreds of hours of basic and advanced training, earning the U.S. Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award, the ATF Director’s Award and the Chief Counsel’s Professional Development Awards for her training.
Prior to ATF, Beth served for 14 years as an Assistant District Attorney in New Orleans and in private practice representing businesses and individuals. Today, she and the team provide broad range compliance-driven legal consulting services to FFLs, manufacturers, importers, individuals, and attorneys.
