After spending a few years learning the ropes with a Cuban attorney, in 2002, Ms. Viener opened her own law practice concentrating solely in the area of Immigration law. Since that time, she has handles 1000s of family and employment based applications before USCIS and the NVC. Her clients range from domestic and international corporations to individuals and families. In addition, she has successfully represented clients in removal proceedings involving detention bonds, asylum, cancellation of removal and crime-triggered immigration litigation before both the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. To date, she has nearly a 100% approval for 601A applications!
Ms. Viener is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Louisiana Bar Association and New Orleans Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the. State of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit and all Immigration related Courts. As a 19 year member of AILA, she has taken on many leadership roles, including Liason with ICE and CBP. She is currently the AILA Liason with the New Orleans Immigration Court. When not working, Ms. Viener enjoys traveling to other Countries, gaining insights into their culture and sharing her stories with her clients upon her return.
