Alex Glaser practices in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation. His expertise includes the design, implementation and administration of tax-qualified and non-qualified plans and arrangements. He also drafts and amends employment agreements, non-competition agreements, severance agreements, equity compensation plans, and deferred compensation arrangements.
