Gabriel Omar Mondino

Gabriel O. Mondino is an attorney who has been with Burgos & Associates, LLC since 2009. Mr. Mondino has been practicing as an attorney for more than 10 years and is admitted to practice in both Louisiana and New Jersey. Mr. Mondino has represented both individuals and companies as plaintiffs and defendants, including commercial real estate companies, mortgage brokers, construction companies and other independent businesses. Mr. Mondino also has trial and appellate experience in both State and Federal Court, and was also one of the principal attorneys representing Dixie Brewing Company in expropriation litigation against the State of Louisiana related to the LSU-VA Medical Complex in New Orleans, LA. A Native Bilingual Spanish speaker, Mr. Mondino concentrates his practice in the litigation, settlement negotiation, and trial of a wide variety of commercial, civil, and criminal cases in State and Federal court, including worker’s compensation, contract litigation, social security/disability litigation, and personal injury litigation, as well as immigration and criminal matters. Prior to joining this office, Mr. Mondino handled similar matters in the in the New York/New Jersey area. Mr. Mondino is a graduate of Pace University school of Law in White Plains, New York, where he obtained a Certificate of Environmental Law, and received his undergraduate degree at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania with majors in Environmental Studies and Spanish, and was a member of Sigma Delta Pi, National Spanish Honor Society. Mr. Mondino is also a member of Casa Argentina. He lives in New Orleans, Louisiana with his wife and young daughter.
