I am writing to formally report serious misconduct and fraudulent activity involving Benny George, who was previously engaged to assist with my son's legal case. While Mr. George was purportedly assisting us with arrangements at a bail bond company near Tulane and Broad, he visited my son only... once. We have since discovered that Mr. George committed aggravated identity theft by using my son’s personal information and our family bank account details to enrich himself. Furthermore, he pressured us into providing him with additional funds under false pretenses, including claims regarding his daughter's graduation and other personal matters. Please be advised that we were also warned by an attorney, Mr. Russo, that Mr. George is not a reputable individual to conduct business with. We are now seeking to address the financial theft and the unauthorized use of our personal identification. I would appreciate your guidance on the necessary next steps to resolve this matter and ensure this situation is properly documented. In the courts the case has no stop date.
