After my first application I filed on my own, to become an American citizen was turned down for the reason of not reading or writing English. I contacted Kristie her first responce was what you were born and lived in England for more that 20 years, You have lived in the US for more than 16 years you ...are on your second Green card. That was only the begining of the INS incompetence. We filed for my wife and children to reside with me in our house in Florida. INS lost the file. Resulting in a 1 year delay After the INS approved my petition the NVC lost my case and paper work 3 times resulting in another year passing . In all another 3 year wait. But the story was not quite finished they sent the green cards to the wrong address. I feel with out Kristie I would of given up.

It has been a memorable journey, made all the more successful with the help of Ms Kristie Bowerman. I have worked for many years in commerce and industry, and seldom have I experienced the extreme professionalism, coupled with the kindness and understanding of a dedicated person. To clarify, I had er...roneously used another attorney for my initial H1b. I was 'mistracked' by this person and failed to secure the visa. Ms. Bowerman took over the case and advised that there was no capitation for the H1B for which I was applying; this was unknown to me. My visa was secured on appeal in a matter of days - avoiding having to leave the USA - thanks to Ms. Bowerman.
