My husband and I hired Kristie to handle my adjustment of status case. Right away, Kristie helped us gather everything we needed to file, prepared our forms, and submitted everything. She was always prompt in giving us notification about correspondence from USCIS. We encountered a slight delay due... to postponing the final marriage interview -- Kristie was unable to make the original date we had been assigned by USCIS, so we filed to reschedule. During that period, the results from my medical exam expired (apparently that's a thing), and we were informed by the USCIS officer at our interview that while he was satisfied that our marriage was in good faith, I had to undergo another medical exam. Kristie recognised that this was not our fault, and covered the cost of the second examination _in full_.
