Aaron Kyle Rives

As a senior at Tulane university, I was wrongfully accused of se*ual assault and subsequently became involved in an "Alternate Dispute Resolution" and a Title IX investigation (after the "resolution" fell through). I am beyond relieved and happy to say that I was found "Not Responsible" (AKA Innocent...), my accuser's appeal was denied, and my case is officially closed. I would not have achieved the justice I obtained without the help of Aaron Rives. He was a calming, rational, and well-informed resource who was consistently available and helpful. When the ADR was called off and the Title IX investigation began, I felt like my world might be ending. Aaron held me together and helped me ultimately achieve the BEST possible outcome. If anyone is going through something similar, I can't think of a better person to have working on your side. He's non judgmental, smart, well-spoken, connected, and personable. If I have any future legal trouble, I will, without a doubt, call Aaron for help.

After 2 years of having an interlock machine in my car, I found out I only had to have it in my car for 30 days. Not to mention it was 90$ every month. Now after being delayed from Covid I found out I now I owe more money. The dmv, and the court has told me it’s my lawyer responsibility of course. An...d he did nothing to help me. Says he can’t do anything about it. Never hire this guy. He is negligent and will delay your trial. Very upset. What a waste of 2500$ and I also paid this guy for what? Disgusting.
