Highly Recommend

I hired Mr. Farrugia to represent me in a case against my former employer for wrongful termination/discrimination by my former employer. I spent weeks shopping around looking for the right attorney. I met with a total of 12 different attorneys who specialize in employment law before deciding on Mr. F...arrugia. I felt he was the most knowledgeable, experienced, and PERSONABLE (which is more important than you think; if you decide to pursue legal action, you're going to be working with your attorney pretty closely for a long period of time). I felt most confident that I could win my case with Mr. Farrugia. He was friendly and patient and did an excellent job explaining to me what all of my options were. He encouraged me to do what I was most comfortable with instead of pushing me to do whatever would benefit him the most, which is what many of the other lawyers I met with pushed me to do. I had a very positive experience working with Mr. Farrugia, My case ending up settling much quicker and easier than I expected. I also ended up settling for twice as much money as I thought I could get. Mr. Farrugia allowed me to be extremely involved throughout the process and frequently consulted with me to see how I felt about things. Even more impressive was the fact that my former employer is an extremely large, wealthy, and influential institution with abundant resources to use in defending itself against claims like mine, so in the beginning I was not very optimistic about my chances of winning. Because of Mr. Farrugia, I ended up walking away from a terrible experience feeling satisfied, compensated and relieved so that I could put the entire ordeal behind me.
