I would give a zero. She consistently messed up paperwork and documentation that I had to correct and send back to her. I had a thousand emails I sent to her for factual information, and got charged time for both, even though I had to correct it multiple times only for her to botch it up again. She l...ost paperwork of being served and also didn't get other paperwork in, in a timely fashion to the court, which created another problem for me. It was very clear she was not at all interested in helping my case. I gave her a budget; don't do that! She ran my bill up reading the information I had to correct. She'll do the minimum, encourage to settle, and off you go. She was noticeably timid by the opposing counsel, which adds even more grounds to not use her. I was not impressed at all with her work ethic, productivity, nor her seaming-less ability to seem like she cannot recollect family law under pressure. I regret ever finding her in addition to paying her. It was a waste of money and another problem was created because of her.

We hired Jennifer to represent us in a heated custody battle that had been ongoing for years. We reached out to her after being represented by two other firms that weren't able to get us to any final resolution. Jennifer was intelligent, creative, diligent, and resourceful with her ideas to get us t...o a place of final resolution. When it came to court and trial, she was a bulldog that was overly prepared (if there even is such a thing). More importantly, she was kind, calming and gracious in understanding the emotionality of the situation in addition to the frustration level we already had by the time we retained her. The outcome was everything we hoped for and beyond. We wish we had started our journey with Jennifer as we have no doubt it would have been a much shorter one. We would recommend her a thousand times over!

Jennifer was handling my custody case. She did not spend much time with me to go over the case. She was very hands off when it came to the evaluation as well as the parenting coordinator which she recommended we have done. Not only was it hard to get in touch with her, her office staff was not alw...ays willing to help. The recommendation was to keep drafting proposals and sending them to my ex-wife but nothing ever got resolved or even got followed up. I feel like the drafts were only to increase billable hours. Right before I changed lawyers I was informed of a court date through and email that my ex-wife's lawyer send and was just forwarded to me. Changing lawyers was the best move I ever made and I would not recommend Jennifer to anyone.

I hired Jennifer as my lawyer for my custody battle with my ex. During the hearing I spoke and fought for myself throughout the entire hearing. I felt as though I was paying for her to fight for me and she deff did not! Trying to contact her is the hardest task. She purposely ignored my calls and ref...used to return my messages. I had to walk in the office to have someone actually acknowledge me. Absolutely horrible experience!

I used Jennifer for my divorce and custody agreement. She did not inform me of several issues during my divorce and did not advise in my best interests. She buddied up with my ex husband and I found out afterwards that she knew him beforehand. She spoke to him several times on the phone and charged M...E FOR IT! Absolutely would not recommend her. My custody agreement was all messed up and vague because she did not advise me on what should be done.
