Terrible Lawyer

I would not hire this woman again. I should have known from the beginning when she kept missing appointments and only being able to see me on certain days and certain times. She was quick to cash my retainer fee... which has yet to be returned to me seeing as though she didn't do any work for me for... the 2-3 months that I thought she was. When I first spoke to her, her rate was one thing and a month later, it was another. Apparently...as I emailed her questioning her about my trust account per the recommendation of my new, WONDERFUL lawyer, she exclaimed that she was "restructuring" or what ever the case was, but she didn't have the time to work on my case. ..Great to know!
