Please allow me to begin by apologizing for your experience, that is never the impression we want to leave with anyone who comes to us for help. After conducting a thorough review of your matter, our records indicate that all of your documents and information were returned to you in a timely manner. While we were ultimately unable to assist you with that particular legal matter, Mr. Pratt did provide you with guidance on potential avenues for resolution. During our review, we also came across an email in which you indicated that you would send us a copy of your incident report. To date, we have not received that email or the document referenced. With that said, you are in possession of your original documents, and we want to be clear that your medical records were in our possession and have since been returned to you. Regarding your concern that I was dishonest with you, I want to address that directly, because it genuinely troubles me. The only disconnect I can identify is the delay in our communication. You called while I was in a deposition, and I was not able to return your call for a few days. I sincerely apologize for that delay, as it was not a reflection of how much I valued your time. I also want to note that you were in the capable hands of our executive counsel, which gave me confidence that you were being well taken care of. I remain open and willing to speak with you, as I truly believe we provided you with quality attention.
