An arrest expungment shouldn't take three months. Have you called the clerk of court to see what the problem is?

I Have a simple battery charge, this has in 2008 I served 1 day in jail but I paid my probation. I need to have this expunged.

You can call the clerk of the court and try to have the Date of Birth verified to see if the citation is really for you.
