Terri M. Miles

I hired Terri in 2011 to help me fight Spousal Support that my ex was trying to get. Terri took over from my previous attorney and it was a seamless transition. She fought hard for me and presented an great case in court, but in the end the Judge saw things differently. A couple of years later I h...ad to file bankrupt because of the amount of debt I was left with and was unable to pay her. In 2020 I was served again by my ex for a portion of my Military retirement, and Terri jumped in with no reservations to my previous financial issues. She was able to successfully work with opposing counsel (one who would always draw things out so she could make more money off of my ex) and was even able to negotiate a settlement on backpay that would be owed to my ex.
