Originally from Nashville, TN, Lynleigh moved to New Orleans in 2007 to attend Tulane University. After graduating from Tulane in 2011, she attended Loyola University-New Orleans College of Law and graduated with her law degree in May of 2015. She passed the Louisiana Bar Examination in July of 2015 and was barred in the fall of 2015. Ms. Noel has worked with Jim Williams, from of the Law Offices of James A.
