Biography
Joe Marino is a experienced criminal defense attorney with over 30 years of courtroom experience. He is a former State Representative who served as the Chairman of the Administration of Criminal Justice Committee. He also was appointed Judge Pro Tempore by the Louisiana Supreme Court and presided over the criminal and civil court docket for Division D of the 24th Judicial District Court. He also served as a Gretna City Councilman and as interim Councilman for Jefferson Parish.
He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars for the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association and the Jefferson Bar Association. He is a former President of the Jefferson Bar Association. Joe has also been a guest lecturer at the Tulane and Loyola Schools of Law.
