Very difficult with a cow. Owner, negligence, failure to secure the cow, insurance, injury to you, damages, alcohol involved ? Difficult to assess.

Difficult to explain to the Court why you were speeding. Speak to the prosecutor to see if you can get the speed reduced to maybe 20 mph. Then pay...

If he violated himself, then he will get that time he is backing UP. If he has any new charges yes he may get more time.
