Michael R Gelder

I have known Michael Gelder for 15 years. I first met him when I volunteered for the Office of Civil Sheriff as a deputy. He was in charge of the reserve division and highly respected by all; from the Sheriff to the newest deputy. I've used his professional services on two occasions. Once to p...repare a very complicated will for my wife and myself and again several years later to revise an employment contract that I had written for a prospective high level employee. Although I have had two years of law school, my self prepared contract was sadly lacking. There were so many areas that needed to be addressed that I had not even considered. Michael prepared a new document that was complete in every detail and covered contingency's that were crucial to the enforcement of the contract. The employee lasted less than a month and I was so grateful for Michael's work. I would recommend Mr. Gelder to anyone for any legal problem or to avoid a legal problem in any area. If the problem falls outside of is expertise there are others in his firm to which he can refer you. His advice would always be honest and forthright.
