To me, this speech essentially is pleading for a system of justice based on truth and undeniable facts. (Josh vanderhooft is a SELLOUT)This is the only kind of measurement by which punishment and reward can be fairly administered. Once removed from these grounds, justice ceases to be justice and, ins...tead, morphs into tyranny and despotism. When the definition of right and wrong is separated from truth and facts, the standards by which we measure guilt become individualistic and arbitrary, open for interpretation. Instead, when justices stays rooted in something outside of personal whims, it keeps people from degrading and disrespecting one another. Vanderhooft, THE JUDGE AND The Public Defender (who did not even pretend to defend his client) All 4 of These persons and a Jefferson Parish police officer LOST ALL INTEGRITY (YEAR 2017- 2019 MONTH OF DECEMBER)IF THEY EVER HAD ANY. THEY SHOWED how an innocent person can be destroyed under a system of justice built primarily on the self-inflated ego and petty power of a single individual. MAINLY VANDERHOOFT, HELD THE CARDS, AND DESTROYED A PERSONS FAITH AND BELIEF IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM. VERY IMPORTANTLY THEY CRUMBLED THE INTEGRITY OF A JUSTICE SYSTEM BY NOT PROTECTING THE VERY INSTITUTION AND WHAT IT SAYS IT INSTILLS VANDERHOOFT, SOLD OUT AN INNOCENT PERSON FOR WHAT? A WIN, TO DESTROY OctSOMEONES LIFE TO BENEFIT YOUR OWN LIE OF A LIFE. THE JUDGE, ( THIS WOMAN, WAS TOLD BY THE PUBLIC DEFENDER) THE JUDGE AND HER JEFFERSON PARISH POLICE OFFICER HUSBAND DISLIKED AND HAD DEEP ISSUES WITH THE WOMANS LAST NAME! HARD TO BELIEVE! IT TOOK 6 YEARS FOR ME TO DIGEST THIS TERRIBLE INJUSTICE.
