Was promised things that never happened. I was told certain things would be filed that weren't and then when asked about them was told "oh there wasn't enough time to file them" because apparently two months was not enough time. I lived on the north shore and was made to drive to the office in Metair...ie to pick up papers to drive to the courthouse back on the north shore to file them and still paid fees for this while having to take off of work. I was very unhappy with the services I received.
