I found this attorney online and decided to contact him about possibly getting a misdemeanor expunged..he led me to believe that he could help me and look into my case..he charged me a retainer fee of $300 which I paid the next day after I spoke with him..however, once he received my payment it was a...s if we had never spoken..to be honest, I had an uneasy feeling when I spoke to him because of the way he stuttered and stammered and contradicted himself from day one to day two..but I figured I'd give him a shot because his website led me to believe that he was professional on and the level.. I even paid a visit to his office..to this day I have not heard anything from this guy..so basically, this man charged me $300 to do absolutely nothing...I have never even received a call or text saying he couldn't help me..and my calls and texts to him have all been ignored..and it has been a while since this all took place ..I'm sure I'll never see that money again but I can at least try to prevent others from being duped by this guy..there are plenty of attorneys in this city and I would recommend that a prospective client hire someone, ANYONE other than this person.
