Very skillful and knowledgeable immigration attorney.

I asked Elaine to apply for H1B and also transfer H1B to new company. She is very skillful and knowledgeable. She made the process smoothly. She knows the immigration rules very well, and dealt with the requests from USCIS very well. All over, I think she is an outstanding attorney. You can trus...t her to handle your case well. I highly recommend her.

Professional work

Ms. Kimbrell carries out her work with high professionalism and thoroughness. She guided my process and explained everything in full detail, which made a person not familiar with laws, to understand all the process. Throughout the process, she made sure all paperwork needed was on time and answered ...all doubts I had. She is very knowledgeable concerning immigration matters.

An immigration lawyer who is always available and professional...

Elaine Kimbrell was the lawyer who extensively processed every stage of my permanent residency application, she did a great job, she was always very helpful, professional and available whenever I had questions related to my case. Her help resulted in me getting my green card with no complications. I'...d strongly recommend her to everybody who is in need of immigration assistance.

She knows her stuff!

Elaine, thank you! I commence this review with an appreciation because Elaine is an outstanding immigration attorney. She prescribed the best path to obtaining my Green Card after patiently reviewing the materials I had presented on my first meeting with her. I still recall how Elaine sent me a f...ollow-up email on her prescription with several suggestions and pieces of advice. As I look back today, I see that singular act as pivotal to the success of the entire process. She is very trustworthy, because she takes in your plight, your situation as if she were you.Her trustworthiness is informed by her understanding and appreciation of my situation. This quality easily underlines her knowledgeability, because her recommendations were spot-on! It is surprising how Elaine stays on top of her clients' processes. For example, there were follow-up communications that reflected the status of my application prior to and after submission to USCIS. When you are dealing with USCIS, this is an invaluable property, because you may need to know when they should be contacted by your lawyers on your behalf to know the status of your application. Finally, she is really sweet, personable, and friendly. Based on my experience with her, I recommend her without reservations. She is da woman!!!

Quite good overall

Ms Kimbrell herself was friendly and methodical. Did a good job of keeping papers in order although a slight mishap did occur by a subordinate which was later corrected by the office. Other than that, it was sometimes difficult to schedule an appointment. Not sure if that was due to too many cases be...ing handled by the lawyer at the same time, scheduling conflict or some other reason. Most of the work was assigned to paralegals in the office, one of whom was very good, the other not so good (made quite a few errors by not paying attention to details). Overall, still a good experience because the firm, by and large, has lawyers and staff who are professional, dedicated and conscientious.
