At a nursing home at 5:00 AM, a nursing aide took Mr. Roberts outside through a locked door in his wheelchair. He suffered from left side paralysis, psychosis and could not walk. He was left alone to ... smoke although he should have been supervised by an aide because of his physical and mental impairments. He dropped his cigarette and could not find it or get help due to his paralysis. Mulch near his wheel chair ignited his sweatpants and he was horrifically burned on his left leg.
