Jim received his B.A. at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1972, and his J.D. from the University Of Nebraska College Of Law in include Scotts Bluff County Bar Association (President 1996), Nebraska State Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys (I.A.D.C.), Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (F.D.C.C.), and Defense Counsel Association of Nebraska (D.C.A.N.) and Trucking Industry Defense Association (T.I.D.A.). Jim’s areas of practice include personal injury, workers’ compensation, consumer products liability, and civil trial practice.
