His office refused to take any type of payment plan that was LESS than what they would ACCEPT even though efforts were made to repay the bill at what I could afford. Even though my paychecks were already being garnished for the full amount the courts would allow and they had received at least one pa...yment, they completely depleted all bank accounts in my name including my 16 year old daughters money SHE earned working at HER job! There was no warning and as soon as my paycheck was deposited- they took EVERY SINGLE CENT I had! They left me with NOTHING to live on until my next paycheck! I live paycheck to paycheck! That was my gas money, my grocery money, my car insurance money, my car payment money, my phone service money. I am a single mother of two children!!! They took MORE money than they needed as they were also getting another garnishment payment out of that very same paycheck! Then they said it would take 2 weeks or longer for THEM to REFUND MY MONEY they over took!!! They will NOT work with people even though people TRY to work with them. Heartless!!! Self serving!!!!
