Kent E. Endacott

Kent E. Endacott has built a practice in estate planning, fiduciary administration and business transactions.   Endacott represents financial institutions in various matters and has handled numerous community bank mergers and acquisitions.

In 2008, Kent was elected as a fellow to the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  He is a past ACTEC Nebraska State Chairman and a past Regional Chairman. In 2021, Kent served as the President of the Great Plains Federal Tax Institute..  ACTEC is comprised of about 2,600 of the nation’s top trust and estate attorneys.  Membership requires nomination, review at the state and national levels, and election by the ACTEC board of regents.  Kent currently serves on the ACTEC Employee Benefits Committee and Business Succession Planning Committee.  Kent is a frequent lecturer on estate planning topics.
