William M. Kurtenbach

I ensure that all individuals accused of a crime receive the protections afforded to them under the Constitutions of our country and our state. Due process requires that all people accused of a crime be afforded the tools and means of defending themselves, and I work to ensure that those safeguards are upheld throughout the entire criminal process. My desire to uphold the constitution and relentlessly pursue the most favorable outcome for the client leads me to tirelessly working for every client and attacking issues from every angle possible.

My experiences growing up in a rural area of the state (Columbus) and doing labor-intensive work as a maintenance worker on a golf course has broadened my perspective on any number of issues, both legal and non-legal. I’m an avid Husker athletics fan (football, volleyball, basketball and baseball) as well as a proud member of The American Outlaws (US Soccer). I enjoy golfing and recreational soccer league.
