I have helped hundreds of injured workers fight for their rights. Our firm has fought for fair settlements for factory workers, for medical treatment to be covered for injured healthcare workers, for temporary benefits for truck drivers, and for injured workers from every sector of employment to receive the workers' compensation benefits that they are owed.
With 15+ years of experience, I handle cases for people all over the state and for many truck drivers and others who live out of state but were injured working for Nebraska employers or while working in the state of Nebraska.
