In general I don’t like attorneys, however when you need a good divorce attorney, there are none better than Jane. I had a pretty complicated divorce and Jane was able to digest all the information and work with my goals of being a reasonable ex-spouse. She is incredibly intelligent and will tell i...t to you straight. My ex had two different attorneys both of whom were marginal at best. Jane had attention to detail that I thought would be the norm for all attorneys, but I can say for certain is not the case. She was very conscientious with her fees and I thought was very reasonable for the excellent service provided. The best attorney in Lincoln for sure!!!!

Not many divorces are "easy" but mine was a mess. Something that should have been pretty simple was drug out until it was a confused and convoluted mess. And to top it all off, the opposing counsel withdrew and my ex represented himself pro se. What started as a sad situation escalated to frustrati...on and anger. Through it all, Jane kept both a sympathetic ear and a clear mind, and counseled me not only on what the law was, but what my options might be. She also encouraged me to check my anger at the door and to think outside of the box in all of my counteroffers. As we moved through settlement, she was gracious in working with my non-attorney ex spouse and even when his mistakes added delay and confusion, she handled it like a pro. Jane's ability to remain calm, cool and collected made my anxiety less. She is a savvy attorney and as well as a friend to me. I appreciate all her time and talent in navigating me through to a final divorce.

Jane handled my divorce matter in a professional and expedient manner. I was wanting to move quickly and she was very accommodating. She gave great advice on the issues that were important to me and her office communicated well and handled my questions promptly. I would recommend Jane to any husband ...that is going through a divorce. I think her perspective helped me to avoid doing a few things in the course of events that I may have later regretted.
