I hired Nicholas Glasz for my sons criminal case. He did not help my son' s case on a protection order violation visiting with other attorneys they said this incidence should have been dismissed, also he told my son not to show up to a hearing about the custodial visits and that was when my son lost ...his weekend visits with his daughter.

This Attorney is a total liar. I would give him Zero stars if I could, but there are a few really good people who work in his office that I believe do actually care. This review is strictly of my experience with this particular Attorney who represented me in a Family Law case. I feel as though this m...an stole my money & took complete advantage of my desperation. I paid over $9K the first time, almost $6K the 2nd time. Plus, wasted almost $5K on a P.I. that I was told I needed, in the end we didn't even use, after I was told hiring him was important. I knew I had to find different representation after seeing him perform in court. He was completely unprepared for my case & I could clearly tell he really didn't know as much as his Paralegal did. I've had Public Defenders represent me at trial better than Nick did. He also lied to the Judge & told her that he didn't know of a P.O. I filed until after it was done. Which I have several messages showing he even referred me to a lawyer up here! The worst part is that he knew the abusive situation that my daughter was in & there was so much more that could've been done & never was. He lied to me when I signed a parenting plan & said I wouldn't agree to it unless Drug Tests were a requirement. He said he forgot to put it in the plan, but it would be no problem to add it. He never did & then said he didn't remember when asked. After paying all the money I have, I'm literally in no better of a situation then I was before. However, my daughter is in a much worse situation. Worst part is this Attorney is rude and condescending. He was completely unprepared for my trial. This man is nothing short of a good sales man. He will tell you what you want to hear, take your money and in return will represent you poorly. Absolute worst Lawyer I have ever had.

This review is strictly of this Attorney. His Assistant David & his receptionist are really good people. If it wasn't for all the work David did, this Attorney would be out of business. He clearly doesn't have the knowledge or skill that David has. I never spoke to David regarding any cost or fee amo...unts. The best lawyer and his team! I would recommend him to anyone. When dealing with a custody case it is the hardest thing a parent will go through. Nic and everyone in his office were up front, thorough, worked tirelessly, were compassionate, understanding, and responsive. I have unfortunately dealt wi...th other attorneys and I have had no one who has had the passion or attitude or work ethic that Nic and his team put in for my case. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for another attorney for anything you might be going through.
