About Mindy
Biography
I am a 2007 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law and have recently completed a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science at the University of Missouri-Columbia. In law school I concentrated my studies in legal research, writing and instruction and, moreover, the purpose of my decision to enter into my Master’s program after law school was better facilitate and promote access to the legal system as well as a variety of legal information resources.
While in graduate school, I worked as a freelance attorney on a variety of projects, focusing on legal research and writing. I am currently in the process of opening a solo practice in the small (very small) Village of Union, Nebraska where I will offer an eclectic mix of legal services to meet the communities’ legal needs; however, I will continue to focus on my passion of providing legal research and writing services virtually.
