This was a social host liquor liability case where plaintiff's verdict was upheld at the appellate level against the "host". The legal issue involved the extension of social host responsibility from t ... he host's home where alcohol was provided to the co-defendant drunk driver (who eventually crahed into plainitff's vehicle) to a restaurant where host purchased more alcohol for the driver.
