Great Experience

I hired Cuddigan Law June 24 2019. Cuddigan Law is a very professional firm. From day one over the phone doing my intake interview they were very thorough. They are honest with you from the beginning, this is not a quick process. They let you know the steps. They do NOT get paid unless you win, there...fore they will only accept cases that they feel have a chance at winning. They will work hard to get you approved, however this also depends on your willingness to cooperate with them by doing your part in helping to collect medical records & update them regarding any Dr. Appointments, changes in medication, new diagnoses etc. I can't thank Tim, Robert & Audrey enough for their hard work that went into getting me approved for disability. I feel very fortunate that my appeal & hearing took only 11 months. My entire journey through the social security disability process began September 2018.

Lynette I was happy to help you along this journey. Our success was in large part due to efforts of our team in gathering the records and getting reports from your doctors. I wish you the best going forward. Tim

Won my case fast!!!

I couldn't be happier with the team at Cuddigan. I got denied the first time, and decided to go through A lawyer the second time. I was approved right away. They kept in contact with me on A regular basis. I am so pleased that I went through these guys. My family and I are very grateful!!!

Great Experience

They helped me get approved for disability. They always responded to my questions in a timely fashion, within 24 to 48 hours. They even went as far as to recommend what options were next for me. I recommend them to anyone who is genuinely disabled, and needing help in applying. Why waste years by try...ing to go at this alone? Focus on your disability and put this disability application in their hands!

You saw me in a way that I couldn’t see me

I had tried fighting with Social Security on my own for about 4 years after having a pretty significant stroke at only 55. I had been an RN for a long time. Some personal friends of both Tim and myself recommended him to me. “Let him fight the battle” they said. So I hired him, gave him my story, and... turned it over to the Cuddigan team. They were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and most of all could see me in a way that helped me believe I deserved disability. I was very used to being tough and OK with completely changing my life since the stroke. Like I said, Tim understood my experience, understood my tolerance, but in the end, still believed I deserved help. It was a good win! Thankyou tremendously.

Compasionate, Knowledgeable and Professional

Tim Cuddigan places his client's interests first. He carefully reviewed the facts of the social security disability application for my dependent adult daughter and put together an effective and convincing case to pursue a positive outcome decided by the administrative judge. Tim has the experience an...d intellectual skills to know which evidence would be significant in an administrative review for benefits. He shares my belief that legitimate disability benefits for my disabled daughter based on my work record and SS taxes are an earned benefit and not an "entitlement". He put together convincing evidence and knew what facts were important to present to the SS administrative judge to bring about a favorable determination on my daughters behalf. He is a kind and compassionate advocate for deserving disabled individuals that has the legal expertise to help maneuver the difficult and lengthy SS application process. He was willing to spend time effectively discussing the facts of the application and worked with us and my daughter as a team. There are no guaranties when going before an administrative judicial review, but Tim was integral to a successful outcome for my daughters case. His staff was great to work with quickly responded to our inquiries and helped us get the documentation we needed to present. Our experience with Tim Cuddigan and the Cuddigan law firm was truly positive.

James I was happy to help you and your family obtain benefits for your disabled adult daughter. Thank you for the feedback. I shared with you the experience that my family had with my disabled sister and the long fight we had to get her back on social security disability benefits. I wish you and your family the best.
