The best law firm in Omaha for social security disability!

We have been dealing with rejections from Social Security for disability for our 21-year old Autistic son for the past 3 three or four years. Once we hired Tim and Sean Cuddigan, it was the best decision we made. They are the best when it comes to know social security disability laws. We were just... notified that our son received Social Security Disability. For us, this is a relief because it's not about the money! Its about the doors opened to our son! No Appeal Necessary...Outstanding Service!

SSDI for a Veteran in need

Mr. Cuddigan did an amazing job and from the beginning told me exactly what my chance would be of receiving benefits with my situation. I was kept informed and treated real good by all of the office staff to include the receptionist. My only regret is I wish I would have received more in back pay in ...order to have made more money for my attorney as he goes above and beyond and truly does care for us Veterans! Denial

Tim Cuddigan is a very hard working man and won my case after I was denied for disability. Tim and his staff are all very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone.
