No Appeal Necessary...Outstanding Service!

Timothy Cuddigan and his staff members worked diligently on my SSDI application. Everyone was friendly, understanding and professional. They all did a fantastic job for me. I recommend these folks without any reservation.

VA disability

Professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I am a veteran Marine and after three years of working through the VA system, I brought my claim to Cuttigan Law. In a period of five months I received the disability I rated. Thank you very much to a wonderful team of caring people!!

best decision we made

Tim Cuddigan

After applying for disability and being denied, I went Tim Cuddigan for help. What a kind and compassionate man. He and his staff really made me feel optimistic. It may have taken some time, but in the end, I finally was approved. Even when I would get discouraged, he and my case worker, Erin, alwa...ys picked me up and kept me going! It is definitely a long, drawn out process and unfortunately no atty can speed that up, but it was so nice to know that Tim was in my corner. I can't thank him and Erin enough for their help!
