Biography
I am the founding attorney of Hathaway Law Group, P.C. L.L.O. with offices in Omaha, Nebraska and Kansas City, Missouri. Mainly my practice is focused on alternative options for those seeking a divorce or dealing with family law issues, that is custody, property, and support. These alternatives include options such as uncontested-attorney assisted divorce, mediated divorce, and collaborative law divorce, but the special emphasis I like to make is that we strive to help all our clients find a non-litigated option. We find that non-litigated options are less expensive, less emotional, and overall a much better experience for our clients. I look forward to speaking with you.
