Michael W. Milone

I am licensed to practice in Nebraska state courts, Iowa state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. 

I am an attorney with Koukol & Johnson, LLC, in Omaha, Nebraska. My practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, collection law, foreclosures, creditor's rights, real estate sale and leasing, and banking and credit union law. I also handle a wide array of civil litigation, including appellate, small business, and estate matters.

My long term goals include arguing before the Nebraska Supreme Court and becoming a state or federal judge.
